I still have had no time to exersice and I am up one pound this week to 145. I am in survival mode right now! Doing what I need to get through the tough times!

Hi People!
I haven't written in a couple of weeks. For awhile it felt like I was talking to myself and I'm not that interesting, so I stopped listening!
It is good to see you all back again and so glad to have Tessha join us.
We have had major stress and business at our house the last few weeks and I have not set foot into the gym in all that time. I haven't done any exercises either. So I am wondering why I am losing weight?? I won't wonder long! I am just glad to lose it!
I am down to 144. I have officially (kept it off for more than 2 weeks) lost 11.5 pounds!

Argh!
Yesterday I woke up running a fever, so I didn't go to my TOPS meeting for my official weigh in, however I can tell based on the bathroom scale this week was not good.It seems I'm losing and regaining the same 4 pounds.
Well Spring is here, right? Season changes tend to inspire me. I'm focused and determined that this will be a good balanced, sensible week. Wish me well!

Good news/bad news
Bad news...in the month I strayed from the path I gained three pounds back to my comfortable 143. That seems to be the weight my body wants to go back to, I hope that was the last time!
Good news is that I lost three pounds in the last week and a half! I have found a combination of foods that limit my calories but that I can stick with. Being a procrastinator I'm really down to a crunch to make my deadline (6 weeks), but I've never been more motivted.

Life was too insane this week. I missed some days excersising. I am 157 again. I don't forsee any slowing down in the future so I have got to fit it all in this week! I will really try!
