Good news/bad news

Bad news...in the month I strayed from the path I gained three pounds back to my comfortable 143. That seems to be the weight my body wants to go back to, I hope that was the last time!

Good news is that I lost three pounds in the last week and a half! I have found a combination of foods that limit my calories but that I can stick with. Being a procrastinator I'm really down to a crunch to make my deadline (6 weeks), but I've never been more motivted.

Weigh in 140 lbs.
