Hi People!

I haven't written in a couple of weeks. For awhile it felt like I was talking to myself and I'm not that interesting, so I stopped listening!
It is good to see you all back again and so glad to have Tessha join us.
We have had major stress and business at our house the last few weeks and I have not set foot into the gym in all that time. I haven't done any exercises either. So I am wondering why I am losing weight?? I won't wonder long! I am just glad to lose it!
I am down to 144. I have officially (kept it off for more than 2 weeks) lost 11.5 pounds!
