I've been faithful to my new boyfriend the gym for five months now and finally strong enough to sustain a moderate workout. (Actually, I ditched the live psycho boyfriend but kept the gym.)
I know I haven't changed the number on the scale in a long while, but on a positive side I'm still down a total of 25-30 pounds. As far as my Chronic Fatigue Symptoms go I've made huge strides with exercise and an overall improved quality of life, enough that I'm able to spend time with family and do some traveling. I've been making up for lost time!
Friday I leave for Scotland and then a few days in Paris on the way home. I'm nervous that I'll overeat, which I have done on vacations before, but trying to go in with a more balanced mind set and a more mature version of self mastery.
I've made the challenge to clock 100 miles by early March / end of Feb, which I think I'm up for, however I'm traveling for two of those weeks so I'm not super confident as what that will do. Traveling can also sometimes make the fatigue flare into a crash, but on the other hand, I may be more conditioned than I think. Here's to lots of city walking and site-seeing! And the Louvre.
I'll be seeing you all "liter." Stay focused and remember the basics. We are sensible gals with real goals. With small changes we can get where we want to go.
