Still the same

So I went to see an osteopath and she suggest I tone down the weights! Random because I always thought that weights were good for your bones. Anyway she recommend i stretch my muscles more especially in my back and calves. I did an hour and a half yoga class today and wow did it feel so good. It was really hard and I couldn't do 1/4 of it! So I'm still trying to run and walk a lot and replace weights twice a week with yoga or pilates. I'm noticing a difference in the shape of my bum (hehehe) and my middle is a lot more toned.

  1. Ask your insructor if there is a yoga dvd she would recommend for a person who doesn't have a yoga class to get to! I want to try!
