Wendy's Week

I weighed in at 149.5. I gained 2.5 pounds!!!! We had company this week and I only made it to the gym 3 days and I relaxed a little on my diet although I didn't overdo! It amazes me how hard I have to work to loose the weight, but how readily my body wants to jump right back where it was when I relax. It doesn't seem fair, but it is our body's way of surviving. I guess I have to be smarter. I am not discouraged. I look at this as a challenge! I will be the winner in the end!
