I could really use some good recipes! I am getting tired of cooking broiled salmon or baked chicken breast. Does any one have a really great recipe they wouldn't mind sharing? Thanks!
First, marinate the chicken/pork for a few hours or more.
Marinade: (I double this) 2 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup rice vinegar 2 teaspoons of honey 2 teaspoons of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of sesame oil 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
chicken/pork loin green and red bell pepper onion pineapple mushroom tomato
The kids like to also make fruit kabobs with whatever fruit we have on hand.
A recent family favorite is kabobs.

It's really fun to make them as a family.
oh and once they're made broil for 10 to 15 minutes.
