Whoa!!! Where have I been
Last month was insane! Now that Mike is on gardening leave everything else is evening out now and I have a lot more time for myself. I really want to push hard to loose five pounds before summer. I have been working with an osteopath who has got me running now with limited uncomfort. So I'm really going to take advantage of that and the warm weather and try to run my gut out...or off right! I have been thinking positive this week and need to do some serious portion control!

ReplyDeleteChey - Everything I've read says to lose that last little bit you HAVE to weigh your food and KNOW how much you're getting. If it's under 1200 cals you'll hang on the the weight. But if is more than what you burn you won't lose either. I use a digital postal scale (pretty cheap on ebay)
