Current weight: 165.5
Goal weight:130
Desired completion date: July 20, 2010

1. I am following The Biggest Loser 30-day Jumpstart
2. Eating 1400 calories daily
I'm not sure how much I am burning, but I am doing my elliptical 6x per week plus weight training 3x.
3. I have cut out all sweets
