Hey guy, I just thought of a theme song for myself!
Talking to myself and feeling old (and fat).
Sometimes I'd like to quit!
Nothin ever seems to fit (especially my pants)!
Hangin around, nothing to do but frown.
Weighing in on Sundays always gets me down.
Last week I said I would be happy just to get into the 140's again. I did. I lost 1/2 a pound. I now weigh 149 1/2. I guess I need to set some loftier goals!
This week I will (cross my fingers) exercise everyday and get at least 50 grams of fiber daily.

ReplyDeleteI think 1/2 lbs. is good. just think you will never be in the 150's ever, ever again. I also took a look at my fiber and was amazed at how little I was getting. i am also trying to get 50 grams of fiber this week. Lentils. 15 grams for 1 cup, and I just discovered I like lentils. I got a recipe for lentil burgers I will post.
