Are you kidding me?

After being really sick and not eating for two days and very little on the weekdays I didn't loose an ounce this week. I only worked out twice though, but I thought by lack of eating would make up for it. This week I am focusing on reaching my target heart rate during cardio and I have...sit down if you need to...actually enjoyed cooking healthy meals this week. I hope to loose a pound.

  4. Yes I'm better now. I'll post recipes as I try them out. Our favorite ones so far are really high in calories and fat. :-) surprise, surprise! Unfortunately I didn't count calories till after I devoured it. Note to self...
