Dacia's Weigh-in

starting weight: 156.2
week 1 weigh-in: 152.2

This week my (calories in - calories out) = 10,000, so I should 've lost almost three lbs...and I lost 4! I know that 4th pound was probably just water weight (I got dehydrated at dance), but I'm still going to try to get into the 140's by next weigh-in!

**rice cakes (40 cal) satisfy the munchy crunchy craving

** Corn tortillas (shells) are fat free and have only 30 cals!

    www.myfitnesspal.com is great for counting calories in and out.

    I also have been munching on rice cakes with a small amount of peanut butter on top. It really helps the munchies I agree!
